Disney Area Standard Pool Homes

3, 4 and 5 bedroom Standard Pool Homes

 Set in a well-kept residential area. All homes are individual in their specifications and therefore floor plans and furnishings may vary.

However, the accommodation will have standard features which include:

• private swimming pool with covered screened patio (designed to let the sun’s rays in and keep the bugs out)

•  air conditioning

• at least 1 TV

• fridge

• freezer

• STOVE

• microwave

• dishwasher

• coffee-maker

• washing machine

• tumble dryer

• These three, four and five bedroom pool homes have a master bedroom with double or queen bed, bathroom; with shower and walk in closet.

• Additional bedrooms have twin beds or double beds.

• ALL HOMES ARE LOCATED IN OSCEOLA, POLK AND LAKE COUNTIES.  ALL ARE WITHIN A 25 MINUTE DRIVE (SUBJECT TO TRAFFIC) OF THE MAJOR CENTRAL FLORIDA ATTRACTIONS.

• Our homes are within 10 – 25 minutes of the area attractions. (Subject to traffic).

• 3 BEDROOM SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 6 PEOPLE

• 4 BEDROOM SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 8 PEOPLE

• 5 BEDROOM SLEEPS A MAXIMUM OF 10 PEOPLE

* Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two (2) people when using the sofa bed in the living room*
